An organization that seeks to transition from a traditional view of leadership to a LEAN view must implement a comprehensive process of change across five dimensions:
1) Definition of purpose;
2) Design of process as value-producing for the customer;
3) Problem-solving capacity of all workers and managers in the organizations;
4) Re-definition of the role of manager and the meaning of leadership;
5) Adaptation of organizational culture (basic principles, values, and patterns of behavior).
The Lean Transformation model developed in the LGN has been adopted by ILE as an accepted work procedure that combines these five dimensions in a full, integrated organizational transformation.
